The CP-6851-3PW is a model in the Cisco IP Phone 6800 Series with Multiplatform Phone Firmware. It is available with regional power adapters for North America, Europe, the United Kingdom, and Australia/New Zealand. The phone features a high-resolution 3.5-inch (396x162 pixel) grayscale display with white backlighting, supports 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet, and includes a speakerphone, headset port, and message waiting indication. It supports SIP signaling protocol and is powered by Class 2 Power over Ethernet (PoE). The CP-6851-3PW supports wideband audio and provides call pickup, speed dial, and busy lamp field support via XML configuration. It is compatible with Cisco Broadworks, BroadCloud, Webex Calling, and other supported third-party call control systems.
