CP-7861-3PCC-K9-RF is a professionally remanufactured Cisco IP Phone 7861 Third-Party Call Control (3PCC) Edition, designed for deployment in enterprise and small-to-medium business environments using non-Cisco call control platforms such as BroadSoft, Microsoft, or other SIP-based UC systems. The 7861 supports 16 line appearances and is purpose-built for high-call-volume users such as receptionists, administrative staff, and contact center agents.

This remanufactured IP phone meets Cisco's original manufacturing specifications and has been fully inspected and tested prior to shipment. Validation includes SIP registration and call signaling functionality, physical keypad and line key responsiveness, and audio quality verification across the handset, speakerphone, and headset port.
